Statistics around the World
In
the United Kingdom (England + Wales + Scotland), since 1995 obesity
HAS DOUBLED.
Generally,
in the world since 2013 it HAS INCREASED a lot.
In
the USA, since 1990 obesity HAS TRIPLED, it's incredible.
But
in Japan and in Korea, obesity HAS STAYED very low.
Exercise
and a healthy diet HAVE always PRODUCED good results.
